
We are Jérôme and Clémence, a French family from a small village in Vendée, where life revolves around good food, hospitality, and authentic traditions.
Jérôme grew up watching his grandmother cook, and from a young age he dreamed of sharing French flavors abroad. Clémence studied international hospitality and tourism, worked overseas, and has always loved welcoming guests with warmth and sincerity.
Together, we decided to bring a piece of France to Florida — a place where simplicity, authenticity, and quality come first.
At Maison Brunch, we serve French-inspired dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and a real homemade touch.
Our menu brings together the flavors we grew up with:
🥐 Breakfast classics such as croissants, avocado toast, omelettes, pancakes with maple syrup, French tartines, and our signature bagels.
🥗 Lunch favorites including our Quiche Lorraine, salmon & leek quiche, Croque-Monsieur, Croque-Madame, Caesar salad, Parisian salad, vegetarian options, and our French-style burger with crispy fries.
🧀 Authentic French specialties like our baked camembert, pâté lorrain, charcuterie and cheese boards.
🍰 Homemade desserts including lemon tart, chocolate tart, fruit tartlets, and the traditional Tarte Tatin.
Every dish is made to offer a real taste of France — simple, generous, and full of authentic flavor.
We are a family team: Jérôme, Clémence, and our two children, Jules and Victoire, who are proud and excited to start this new adventure in the United States.
And of course, our little French bulldog Rocky — soon to become the Maison Brunch mascot — brings even more joy to our journey.
